Frost Free Mornings Under The Carport
Whilst I was scraping the thick frost off my car windscreen this morning I started wondering why my wife’s car, parked directly in front of mine but under the car port, was completely frost free. After all, the air temperature can’t be that different and frost doesn’t fall from the sky does it?
I decided to look it up on the internet. I found an article by an eminent scientist that went in to great detail about radiant energy and radiative temperatures. Now, speaking as somebody who thinks Izaak Newton invented the apple and thunder is caused by clouds banging together, I am none the wiser. All I know is while my hands were freezing, my wife’s car was sitting nice and snug under the car port.
The moral of this story is, if you dont want to freeze your hands (and various other body parts) off whilst scraping your car this winter, get a car port from Prior Canopies. Why? Because a bloke with an ology says so.
